This home in Journey’s End was listed for over $5,000,000 a few years back and recently closed for a sales price of $3,750,000. According to the description on the MLS this was a foreclosure property and the home was being offered for $1,000,000 below the judgment amount. The home was not waterfront however the grounds did feature a natural stream, koi pond and waterfrall. The home offered 10,615 square feet of living space on a 75,359 square foot lot. Considering this was located in a gated community, the buyers got a great deal on the home which sold for $353.00 per square foot of living area.
