After years without any large scale development in Coral Gables, there are now multiple residential projects in the pipeline. Two that I am very excited about are Biltmore Parc and Beatrice Row. Below are the details and information on each of these unique projects. Biltmore Parc, Coral Gables Biltmore Parc has a great location just steps from downtown Coral Gables. The boutique building consists of 32 residences (2/2; 2/2.5 +den; 3/3.5 +den), with large expansive terraces featuring Nanawall folding glass, European style...Continue Reading!
This new townhouse in Coral Gables has just come on the market listed by Jo-Ann Forster of One Sothebys. I am sure that it will garner a significant amount of interest considering that there are very few townhouses for sale in Coral Gables. Townhouses are very appealing to buyers because they have the benefit of being "lock-and-go" while maintaining some of the features of a single family home. This property is located at 483 Menendez Avenue (#10), just steps from the...Continue Reading!
I have been tracking the "Old Spanish Village" project located on Ponce de Leon Boulevard since 2009. Back then plans were in the works to develop a gated community of luxury townhomes and condos. It was a joint venture between Ralph Sanchez and Mas Group. In December of 2010, the project fell victim to the recession and was placed on the market for sale. In July of 2011 it was sold for $30.55 million to Agave Holdings which also built...Continue Reading!
There are only a handful of townhouses located in the city of Coral Gables. The Village of Campo Sano, Almeria Row, Bermuda Village and the villas at Deering Bay are among the most popular. There is a new townhouse project slated for Coral Gables called Santander at Coral Gables. These townhouses will feature 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2 car garages and an open courtyard. Units will start at $1,300,000 and go up to $1,450,000. Square footage is approximately 4,000 including...Continue Reading!
Almeria Row is one of my favorite townhouse projects in Coral Gables, it reminds me of the Brownstones you find up north. On the interior, the finishes and design are stunning. They are also "lock and go" for the buyer who is looking for something that can be closed up easily and secured. A new slate of these award-winning townhouses will be going up at Almeria Row, which are scheduled to be finished in the beginning of 2015. Townhouses are...Continue Reading!

I always get asked about the charming Bermuda style townhouses located just off of Ponce in Coral Gables. This walled community is known as Bermuda Village and consists of 22 courtyard residences. Built in 2006, the project was inspired by George Merrick's villages and designed by Duany-Plater Zyberk and Company. The homes are grouped into clusters of 3 to 4 and are connected by a continuous wall allowing for closure and privacy of the internal gardens. There is a pool as well...Continue Reading!
If you read my blog you know that townhouses in Coral Gables are a rare commodity. Gardens on Valencia, a new townhouse project located at 550 Valencia Avenue hit the MLS yesterday. The name Gardens on Valencia may sound familiar to you, as it was a project located adjacent to this one (530 Valencia Avenue) which fell into foreclosure last year. The new Gardens of Valencia is in pre-construction and is situated on the corner of Valencia and Segovia. These townhouses offer 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths + guest house, 2 car...Continue Reading!
