I couldn't believe the data when I ran the numbers for The Gables Club this morning.  Prices fell to $334.00 per square foot in 2011, down from much higher numbers of $797.00/sf in 2008 and $557.00/sf in 2007.  The Gables Club is the premiere condo building in Coral Gables and offers great bay views as well as a 15,000 square foot private club with restaurant, gym, spa, 24 hour concierge, 2 pools, valet, tennis, putting greens and marina access.   Scroll through the available condos...Continue Reading!
