About Riley Smith
I was born and raised in Miami and have been in the real estate business for over 10 years. As an agent for EWM Realtors, Inc. I have sold over $50,000,000 in real estate and currently rank in the top 1/2 of 1% of Realtors on a national level.
Although I live in Coconut Grove, my real estate transactions take me all over the map. I specialize in the areas of Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, South Miami, High Pines and Ponce-Davis. Through my blogs, I am able to reach hundreds of people all over the world and frequently work with out of town clients looking to relocate to South Florida or buy investment properties. Being a native Floridian, I am passionate about my community. I am fortunate to live, work and play all within a few miles of my home. My family and I love the outdoors and on the weekends you may find us strolling through Fairchild Gardens, on our boat on Biscayne Bay, or kayaking down the Gables Waterway. I am currently on the Board of Directors for AMI Kids South (a non-profit for adjudicated youth) and on the Board of Directors for the Barnacle Society (a local state park).
I am known among my peers in the industry as being a “numbers” guy. I spend hours studying, tracking and analyzing the real estate transactions that occur here. I am recognized by my clients for my intimate knowledge of the market, trustworthiness and delivering outstanding service.
