You may remember the post I wrote awhile back titled “Investor Opportunity | 912 Valencia Avenue“. To keep you updated on that property, just as I predicted the home sold very quickly and above asking price. It closed on March 14, 2013 for $730,000 (list price was $720,000). This property needed completely renovated however it was located on a large 12,500 square foot lot and offered 3,445 square feet of living space.
