The home was situated in the prestigious “Golden Triangle” area of Coral Gables and had a new pool, impact doors and windows, new kitchen and fireplace. All of these variables helped the home garner $339.00 per square foot which is well above the average for non-waterfront homes in Coral Gables. The home was listed by Laura Mullaney of Coldwell Banker.
