Those three terms pretty much summarize the Coral Gables real estate market right now. A good example is the house I wrote about recently (New Listing In Coveted French Village) located at 1000 Hardee Road in the elegant French Village. This home was placed on the market August 11, 2012 and closed with a full price, cash deal on September 12, 2012. List and sale price was $1,450,000, by Slesnick and Jochem.
