Cocoplum Values On The Rise!
Take a look at the chart I created above which shows the average “sale price/square foot” of homes sold in Cocoplum for the past 5 years. You will see that figures were at their lowest in 2010 and they have been steadily on the rise since. The number of sales are strong this year with 12 closed sales since January 1st however it doesn’t appear that we will exceed the number of sales in 2011.
