Coral Gables Real Estate Update – On Path To Exceed 2011 Sales Figures
If you read the blog you know that 2011 was a record breaking year for Coral Gables real estate in terms of total volume sold as well as number of sales. However when you look at the numbers this year, it appears that we will exceed 2011′s sales figures. So far in 2012 we have 283 sales and $357,479,472 in volume compared to just 252 sales and $220,643,903 in volume during 2011.
Needless to say, I am looking forward to a busy second half of 2012!
