Realtors Wear Many Hats
I got a text message from a client of mine last evening that said “Can you play psychologist tonight at 9:45?”. To give you a little background, these are buyers who had found the home of their dreams but due to unforeseen circumstances (by no fault of their own) could not purchase the property. As a Realtor, it is my job to help our clients manage the emotional swings that occur when trying to buy or sell a home. It is my job to provide encouragement when needed, solace if necessary, and help them stay calm throughout the process.
