Coral Gables Real Estate Update – Will We Set A New Record In 2012?
As you may remember, Coral Gables set a record for the amount of homes sold in 2011. With the low inventory numbers this year, I wasn’t sure if we could keep up with those sales figures again in 2012 but if you take a look at the chart I created below, you can see that as of today Coral Gables has actually exceeded 2011 in both number of homes sold and volume. I will keep you posted with the monthly figures as we progress through the year.
