1256 Castile Avenue Sells For $1,325,000
The home located at 1256 Castile Avenue closed this week for a sales price of $1,325,000. This was a great home because it was an Old Spanish that had been completely remodeled on the interior. In my opinion, $348.00 per square foot is a very fair price for both buyer and seller. The listing agent was Laura Mullaney of Coldwell Banker. To give you a little history on the home, it was purchased in 2008 for $660,000 (see “before” picture below).
