- Average Sales Price: $987,687 ($1,042,585 in 2008)
- Sale Price to List Price Ratio: 90% (90% in 2008)
My predictions for 2010? I believe that prices will remain at their current level or fall slightly over the coming months which will help drive the activity levels up in the area. I am confident in saying that the worst is over when it comes to sales volume. Once we start to see more and more buyers who have a sense of urgency when it comes to finding a “deal” we will start to see home values tick upwards.
